As returning Captain of Towneley Golf Club for the third time, previously captain in 2007 and 2009.
I wish all new members and visitors a very warm welcome to the club.
It is a great honour for me again to be the Captain of Towneley, after 33 years as a member here.
We offer a warm and friendly atmosphere and staff in the shop and clubhouse are always willing to help and make your visit as enjoyable as it can be.
Our green staff are always working hard to keep the course in great condition and improvements are made every year providing a challange to all golf levels.
I wish all our members a great year and supporting my charity this year, "Stroke". Donations for landing in the 18th hole "Captains Bunker" can be made in the golf shop.
